وَاِذۡ اَخَذَ اللّٰهُ مِيۡثَاقَ الَّذِيۡنَ اُوۡتُوۡا الۡكِتٰبَ لَتُبَيِّنُنَّهٗ لِلنَّاسِ وَلَا تَكۡتُمُوۡنَهٗ فَنَبَذُوۡهُ وَرَآءَ ظُهُوۡرِهِمۡ وَ اشۡتَرَوۡا بِهٖ ثَمَنًا قَلِيۡلًاؕ فَبِئۡسَ مَا يَشۡتَرُوۡنَ ﴿۱۸۷﴾
Surah Al Imran Ayat 187 with Urdu Translation
اور یاد کرو جب اللہ نے عہد لیا ان سے جنہیں کتاب عطا فرمائی کہ تم ضرور اسے لوگوں سے بیان کردینا اور نہ چھپانا (ف۳۷۰) تو انہوں نے اسے اپنی پیٹھ کے پیچھے پھینک دیا اور اس کے بدلے ذلیل دام حاصل کیے (ف۳۷۱) تو کتنی بری خریداری ہے (ف۳۷۲) ﴿۱۸۷﴾

اور جب خدا نے ان لوگوں سے جن کو کتاب عنایت کی گئی تھی اقرار کرلیا کہ (جو کچھ اس میں لکھا ہے) اسے صاف صاف بیان کرتے رہنا۔ اور اس (کی کسی بات) کو نہ چھپانا تو انہں نے اس کو پس پشت پھینک دیا اور اس کے بدلے تھوڑی سی قیمت حاصل کی۔ یہ جو کچھ حاصل کرتے ہیں برا ہے ﴿۱۸۷﴾

Surah Al Imran Ayat 187 with English Translation
And (remember) when Allah laid a charge on those who had received the Scripture (He said): Ye are to expound it to mankind and not to hide it. But they flung it behind their backs and bought thereby a little gain. Verily evil is that which they have gained thereby. ﴾187﴿
