Surah Mujadila Ayat 3 in Arabic
وَالَّذِيۡنَ يُظٰهِرُوۡنَ مِنۡ نِّسَآٮِٕهِمۡ ثُمَّ يَعُوۡدُوۡنَ لِمَا قَالُوۡا فَتَحۡرِيۡرُ رَقَبَةٍ مِّنۡ قَبۡلِ اَنۡ يَّتَمَآسَّاؕ ذٰلِكُمۡ تُوۡعَظُوۡنَ بِهٖؕ وَاللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ خَبِيۡرٌ ﴿۳﴾
Surah Mujadila Ayat 3 with Urdu Translation
اور وہ جو اپنی بیبیوں کو اپنی ماں کی جگہ کہیں (ف۷) پھر وہی کرنا چاہیں جس پر اتنی بری بات کہہ چکے (ف۸) تو ان پر لازم ہے (ف۹) ایک بردہ آزاد کرنا (ف۱۰) قبل اس کے کہ ایک دوسرے کو ہاتھ لگائیں (ف۱۱) یہ ہے جو نصیحت تمہیں کی جاتی ہے، اور اللہ تمہارے کاموں سے خبردار ہے، ﴿۳﴾

اور جو لوگ اپنی بیویوں کو ماں کہہ بیٹھیں پھر اپنے قول سے رجوع کرلیں تو (ان کو) ہم بستر ہونے سے پہلے ایک غلام آزاد کرنا (ضروری) ہے۔ (مومنو) اس (حکم) سے تم کو نصیحت کی جاتی ہے۔ اور جو کچھ تم کرتے ہو خدا اس سے خبردار ہے ﴿۳﴾

Surah Mujadila Ayat 3 with English Translation
Those who put away their wives (by saying they are as their mothers) and afterward would go back on that which they have said, (the penalty) in that case (is) the freeing of a slave before they touch one another. Unto this ye are exhorted; and Allah is Informed of what ye do. ﴾3﴿
