UN chief pledges support for denuclearization of North Korea

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres says he fully supports efforts to completely denuclearize North Korea.

During meeting with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol in Seoul, Guterres affirmed clear commitment to full, verifiable and irreversible denuclearization of Korean Peninsula.

He also stressed the need for a fundamental objective to bring peace, security and stability to the whole region.
