Iraqi parliament criminalized any attempt to normalize ties with Israel through law

Iraqi parliament has criminalized any attempt to normalize ties with Israel through a law.

The law was approved with 275 legislators voting in favour of it in Iraq’s 329-seat assembly.

The parliament said in a statement that the legislation was a true reflection of the will of the people.
