Govt to create a hurdle for PTI Azadi March

The federal government has decided to halt the preparations of the PTI from a Azaadi long march in Islamabad. The decision was taken into consideration for the security of the masses. The discussion came in after the meeting chaired by PM Shahbaz Sharif.

Rana Sanaullah, Federal Interior Minister briefed the meeting about maintaining law and order in the country. Several ministers like Ahsan Iqbal, Azam Nazeer Tarrar, Khurram Dastagir, Marriyum Aurangzeb, and Riaz Pirzada were also present in the meeting.

PM said that such techniques of Azaadi March will damage the economy. Hence affecting the poor class system of Pakistan. The meeting decided that no compromise on the state will be supported. Further, he said strict actions will be taken against whoever will break the law and order situation in the country. The “law will take its course against any kind of violence”, and the Supreme Court’s decision will be given topmost priority regarding the sit-in.
