Weight control , increase ur intensity as well as power Every buddy want to life fit that’s why exercise play most important role in over life. And we all have choice to do exercises which satisfy you , so that some people do yoga , running ,weight lifting swimming or physical exerciseIn the end exercise and healthy food keeps the doctors away.
