Spinach is high in fiber, iron, vitamin K, folate , provitamin A and carotenoids like zeaxanthin and luteins. One cup of spinach has just 7 calories.
7. Grapefruits
Grapefruits are citrus fruits which are like other citrus fruits, rich in vitamin C and other antioxidants and anti inflammatory compounds. There are 77 calories in one large grapefruit.
8. Strawberries
