Punjab Bar Council is the provincial lawyer body of the Pakistan Bar Council. Punjab Bar Council has amended the License policy for all young lawyers. All Bar Association should adhere new policy which has issued by Punjab Bar Council on 1st March 2022. Those who have lived in Punjab may submit their application online. All fresh law graduates should send their forms to Punjab Bar Council until they generate profiles on the website of Punjab Bar Council, Lahore. No Bar Association has received any intimation from lawyers. The online form is available on Q-Suhulat on the website of the Punjab Bar Council. It is essential to make Gmail ID for login and passwords should remember for further process. It is essential to submit all prerequisite information i.e educational documents, CNIC, and white Background picture should scan and make a folder on your PC. The senior lawyer's contact nos, address, and copy of the bar council license are essential to upload. The auto-generated receipts as manually deposited slips have been accepted.
It is pertinent to mention here that the age-wise criteria for deposited pre-requisite amount are different for each candidate. Each candidate shall deposit a pre-requisite amount which is endorsed by the Punjab Bar Council. Pakistan Bar Council Act-1974 are impose some restrictions which are mentioned in sections 175 and 175-A. In case violation of any clause or provision is strictly punishable under the law. Those who have violated sections 175 & 175-A shall punish U/S.108-O of Pakistan Bar Council Act-1974. All should read this section before submitting of intimation form. It is a time-consuming process. It is also a lengthy procedure. You have waited six months to submit your second intimation during this time you should appear in Law Gat. The Second intimation form should submit through online on Q-Sehulat. You should upload the Law GAT result and verified document from Higher Education Commission. Then Punjab council will conduct interviews in respective Bar Associations date and venue conveyed to all participants. No form shall be received except online generated and receipt. However, the manual deposited slip is accepted
