Heat some oil in a saucepan and fry the okra for five minutes. Add salt, turmeric and ginger and fry well for 10 minutes, till okra is cooked. Beat the yoghurt with the coconut, chili powder and coriander leaves. Add to the okra, bring to the boil, lower heat and simmer for a few minutes.
