Ingredients
  1. Water 3 cup
    China grass ½ packet
    Sugar ½ cup
    Vanilla essence few drops
    Egg white 1
    Peaches (tined) ½ cup
Method
  • Heat 2 cups water in a saucepan and dissolve a packet of china grass along with ½ cup sugar.
    .In the meantime beat the white of an egg
    Cook until the sugar and  china grass dissolve
    Add a few drops of vanilla essence and turn the flame off.
    Stir the  egg white into the dissolved china grass mixture
    Layer the base of a dessert bowl with peach slices and pour the china grass mixture on top
    Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes
