Vegetable Cheese Cheela recipe by Chef Zakir. This delightful Main Course recipe of Vegetable Cheese Cheela can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.

INGREDIENTS

Onion chopped1
Green chilies chopped2 – 3
Coriander leaves¼ bunch
Chili powder½ tsp
Crushed red pepper½ tsp
Turmeric½ tsp
Rice flour125 gm
Gram flour50 gm
Wateras required
Ghee2 – 3 tbsp
Cheddar cheese100 gm
Tomato chopped1
Saltto taste

METHOD

In a bowl mix together 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion, 2 – 3 chopped green chilies, ¼ bunch of chopped coriander leaves, 50 gm gram flour, 125 gm rice flour, ½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp turmeric, salt to taste and 100 gm grated cheddar cheese.
Mix well and make into medium consistency batter with water as required.
Now heat a little ghee in frying pan, add in a big spoonful of prepared batter, fry for a few minutes till golden brown, flip and fry from the other side.
Then remove from pan and serve with any dip.
