Ingredients
  1. Burger bun 4
    Egg 2
    Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 3
    Peas boiled ½ cup
    Carrot chopped 1
    Capsicum chopped 1
    Green chilies chopped 3 – 4
    Onion chopped 1
    Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
    Cabbage chopped ¼ piece
    Flour ½ cup
    Flour ¼ cup
    Corn flour 3 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper powder 1 tsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Oil for fry
    Ice berg 1 small
    Mayonnaise ½ cup
Method
  • In a bowl mix together boiled mashed potatoes, boiled peas, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilies, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and chopped cabbage.
    Add in salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper. Mix very well.
    Form into round patties, keep aside.
    Beat together eggs, flour, corn flour and ½ tsp black pepper. Also add in 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
    Dip each patty in prepared batter, coat with flour and shallow fry till golden brown.
    Spread one side of bun with mayonnaise, toast on a griddle.
    Pot an ice berg leaf on it. Now put vegetable patties on top. Cover with the other half and serve hot.
