Ingredients
  1. 8 Tea Bags (any Pakistani tea of your choice)
  2. ½ tsp. Ginger (Adrak) (ground)
  3. 8 Whole Cloves (Loung)
  4. ¼ tsp. Cardamom Pods (Ilaichi) (ground)
  5. ½ pint of Condenced Milk
  6. Honey (Shehed) (to taste)
Method
  • Steep tea in 4 cups of hot (but not quite boiling) water for 5 minutes. Strain out tea bags, and add cloves, cardamom and powdered ginger.
  • Simmer your tea and spices for approximately 10 minutes. Add milk and continue heating until your chai is hot again.
  • Sweeten with honey to your particular taste.
  • Note: Yield: 8 Servings (1 cup each), Degree of Difficulty: Easy
