ٹماٹو سوپ (INGREDIENTS)

ٹماٹر آدھا کلو
گاجر ایک عدد
مکھن آدھ چھٹانک
پیاز ایک عدد
ادرک ،نمک،کالی مرچ حسب پسند
لہسن ایک جوا

METHOD

ساس پان میں مکھن گرن کریں۔اس میں باریک کٹی ہوئی باریک کاٹی ہوئی گاجر، لہسن ، ادرک ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں ۔براؤن نہ ہونے دیں ۔اب اس میں ٹماٹر ڈال دیں اورحسب ضرورت پانی ڈالیں ۔ ابلنے لگے تو ڈھکن سے بند کر دیں ۔ چند منٹ اور پکائیں ۔ ٹما ٹو سوپ تیارہے ۔چینی کے پیالوں میں پیش کریں
