ٹماٹو پلاؤ (INGREDIENTS)
  1. سیلا چاول ۔۔ 600 گرام
  2. انڈے ۔۔ چار عدد
  3. مکھن ۔۔ 4/3 عدد
  4. ہینگ ۔۔ ایک دانہ
  5. رائی ۔۔ دو چائے کے چمچ
  6. کری پتہ ۔۔ دس سے بارہ عدد
  7. ثابت لال مرچ ۔۔ چھ سے آٹھ عدد
  8. سفید زیرہ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  9. ٹماٹر پیوری ۔۔ دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ
  10. چکن اسٹاک ۔۔ 4/3 کپ
  11. نمک ۔۔ حسب زوق
  12. ٹماٹر کیوبز ۔۔ دو کپ
  13. ہری مرچیں ۔۔ پانچ سے چھ عدد
METHOD
  • مکھن گرم کر کے اس میں ثابت لال مرچ، ہینگ، رائی اور زیرہ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔ ساتھ ہی کری پتہ شامل کریں۔ پھر اس میں ٹماٹو پیوری، نمک اور چکن اسٹاک ڈال دیں۔ اب اس میں چاول شامل کرلیں۔ اچھی طرح مکس ہوجائے تو اس میں باریک کٹے ٹماٹر اور ہری مرچیں ڈال کر دم پر رکھیں۔ فرنچ فرائز اور ابلے انڈوں کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
