Wash the tomatoes, then coarsely chop and cook in a pan without water for 15 minutes.
Then cool and mix and filter in cotton cloth. Now add this puree to the pan, along with
1 tsp ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder 1 tsp, 200g sugar, vinegar 1 cup, salt 1 ½ tsp
and spice bag, let it cook until it become thick paste. When its done, then cool this paste.
Fill it in clean and dry bottles . and use it at any time.
