Coat ½ kg boneless chicken with 2 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp slightly cooked cumin seeds, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp crushed coriander, 1 tsp hot spices powder, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp mace powder, 1 cup fried onions, 250 grams yogurt, 1tbsp kachri powder and 4 tbsp oil and leave it for half an hour. Place it in a pan and cook it on medium flames with close lid. When chicken has tenderized, stir it well and allow coal simmering. Tikka Boti Masala is ready.
To prepare tomato sauce, in a pan add ½ kg tomatoes, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, 6 curry leaves, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 4 crushed green chilies, ½ bunch coriander and 4 tbsp oil and cook it on high flames. Tomato sauce is ready. In a platter, lay out a layer of simmered rice, tomato sauce on it and tikka boti over it and serve.
