Ingredients
  1. Chicken mince ½ kg
  2. Egg 1
  3. Refined flour ½ cups
  4. Thai chilli paste 1 tbsp
  5. Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  6. Spring onion 2
  7. Ginger 1tsp
  8. Garlic 1tsp
  9. Fresh coriander 4tbsp
  10. Oil as required
Method
  • • Mix well mince, ginger, garlic, coriander, that chilli paste, chilli sauce, egg spring onion and flour in a bowl. After that make into small ball. Then spread on an even surface and cut into round shape with the help of a cutter, cut circle out of it then warn oil in a pan; fry cakes from both sides and remove on absorbent paper.
