Cut bananas in 2 (2) inch size pieces with its skin and bananas should be hard.
In a dry pan add all the dry masalas including coriander and gram flour and fry a bit.
Add 1 tbsp of oil when it’s been fried and turn off the stove.
After turning off the stove add sugar in it and pour it in a plate.
Add salt, mix well and let it cool.
Now plate cuts in the bananas and fill the mixture in them.
Heat 1/4 cup oil and shallow fry them.
