Ingredients
  1. Fish  500 gram
    Medium onion            1
    Garlic 2 tsp
    Curry leaves 4-5
    Tara garam masala 1 tsp
     Red chili paste 1 tbsp
    Dry coriander 1 tbsp
    Red chili powder ½ tsp
    Turmeric powder  ½ tsp
    Tomatoes 2-3
    Oil 2tbsp
    Oil 4 tbsp
    Sugar 1tbsp
    Tamarind water ¼ cup
    Green coriander ¼ cup
Method
  • Heat 2 tbsp of mustard oil in pan and allow cooling.
    Now add4 tbsp of oil, 1 medium sized onion, 2tsp garlic, 2-3 tomatoes and allows frying.
    Then add 1 tsp of tara garam masala, 1tbsp dry coriander, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder,1 tbsp red chili paste,1/2 tsp red chili powder ,1/4 cup tamarind paste and 1 tbsp of sugar and cook nicely.
    When spices and oil are separated then place fish in it and allow cooking on low flame
    When fish is cooked then garnish with ¼ cup coriander before serving.
