Spiced Spinach (Palak Sag) Recipe
2 lb. spinach
2 large onions
3 green chillis
Oil for frying Salt to taste
Wash spinach thoroughly and chop. Slice onions and mince the chills. Heat some oil in a big pan and fry onions till golden brown. Add chillies and salt, fry for a minute or two and add spinach. Stir, cover and cook for a few minutes. Then uncover and cook so that liquid evaporates.
