اسپیشل کاٹھیاواڑی چھولے (INGREDIENTS)

چھولے ۔۔ ایک پاؤ ( بھیگے ہوئے)
کٹی مرچ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
نمک ۔۔ حسب ضرورت
ہلدی ۔۔ ایک چوتھائی چمچ
کٹا دھنیا ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
زیرہ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
املی کا رس ۔۔ آدھا کپ

METHOD

چھولوں کع تقریبا آتھ گھنٹے بھیگو کر سارے مصالحون کے ساتھ ابال لیں۔ چھولوں کے گل جانے کے بعد املی کا پانی شامل کرلیں۔ زیرہ کا بھگار دیں، پیاز رنگ اور دھنیا سے گارنش کردیں۔ پاپڑی اور کڑک بن کے ساتھ تناول فرمائیں۔
