Soak ½ cup split black lentils, ½ cup yellow lentils, ½ cup gram lentils separately in lukewarm water. Also soak 1 cup wheat in warm water.
Now cook all the soaked lentils with 2 tbsp rice in hot water. Stirring well till tender, now put this mixture in blender and blend well.
Boil 1 cup wheat with 2 tbsp oil in hot water. When the whiteness come on top add a pinch of baking soda.
In a pan put together 1 kg mince, 2 chopped onion, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric. 1 ½ tsp chili powder, salt to taste and 1 cup oil.
Cook till water dries, add in 3 bunches of chopped dill, 8 chopped green chilies and fry well.
Now add boiled wheat with a little water. Cook over low flame.
Now add lentils mixture, 1 tsp all spice and 1 tsp roasted ground cumin. Put pan on a griddle and simmer till done.
Serve with brown onion, lemon, chopped mint leaves, chopped green chilies, ginger juliennes and all spice.
