INGREDIENTS

Semolina 1 cup
Sugar ½ cup
Banana                 2
Chopped almonds 10
Chopped pistachio 10
Fresh milk ½ cup
Raisins ½ cup
Small cardamom 4
Sugar 1 tsp
Clarified butter                 ½ cup

METHOD

Grind 4 small cardamoms together with sugar. Take ½ cup clarified butter in the wok and add cardamom powder in it and sauté it. Then add in semolina and 2 bananas. Mix everything together. Now add in 10 almonds, 10 pistachios. In the end slightly fried raisins in it and serve.
