Ingredients
  1. Milk        1 liter
    Vermicelli           1 cup
    Sugar    2 cup
    Cloves          2
    Small cardamom      6
    Dry dates   8
    Chopped pistachio    15
    Almond chopped   10 to 12
    Clarified butter    2 tbsp
Method
  • Take out seed from dry dates and cut in 4 slices each.
    In a pan add 2 tbsp clarified butter with 6 chopped small cardamom and 2 longs.
    When aroma starts to come, add vermicelli to cook. Then take it out and add dry dates, 15 chopped pistachios, 10 to 12 chopped almond and fry.
    Then cool it for 5 minutes and pour 1 litre milk. Then add 2 cup sugar and cook till sugar dissolve now add vermicelli and dry fruit and serve hot
