Shan Beef Mattar recipe by Chef Zakir. This delightful Main Course recipe of Shan Beef Mattar can be ready in Minutes and good to serve around People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.


Beef mince ½ kg
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onion chopped 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Shan Shami kabab Masala 1 packet
Oil ¼ cup
Boiled tomatoes 3
Water ½ cup
Yogurt 125 gm
Boiled peas 1 cup
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp


Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mince. Fry well till water dries.
Now add 1 chopped onion, 125 gm yogurt, 1 packet of shan shami kabab masala, 3 boiled chopped tomatoes and ½ cup water.
Cover and cook for 8 – 10 minutes.
Now remove the lid, add 1 cup boiled peas, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Fry well till water dries. Dish it out and serve.
