Ingredients
  1. milk 5 kg
  2. shkrqndi 2.5 kg
  3. suger as taste
  4. pist badam kaju crushed as taste
Method
  • boil shakarqndi. separte the cover of skarqndi. mash it by hand and separate its root. now boil the milk and add the paste of shkerqndi in boiled milk and cook it in milk on slow heat. after some time add kaju pista badam and suger in it. when it become the shape of kheer its prepared. garnish with pist and serve.
