Ingredients
  1. 8 potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed,
  2. 4 slices of bread soaked in a little milk & mashed,
  3. 1 tsp anardana pounded,
  4. 1 tsp amchur (mango powder),
  5. 1 tsp mint leaves minced,
  6. 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1/2 cup cashewnuts pounded coarsely,
  7. 1 beaten egg,
  8. 1 cup sesame seeds,
  9. Oil for frying
Method
  • Mix and knead all ingredients well except some sesame seeds and oil,
  • Make small cutlets and dip each cutlets over
  • In beaten egg and sesame seeds, deep fry till golden, drain on absorbent paper and serve with dahi ki chutney.
