Ingredients
  1. • Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
  2. • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  3. • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  4. • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  5. • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  6. • Salt 1 tsp
  7. • Baking powder ½ tsp
  8. • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  9. • Egg 1
  10. • Corn flour 3 tbsp heaped
  11. • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  12. • Sesame seeds 4 tbsp to sprinkle
  13. Ingredients for minty dip
  14. • Yogurt hangs for 1 hour 1 cup
  15. • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  16. • Mint leaves 1 tbsp
  17. • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  18. • Salt ¼ tsp
  19. • Crushed cumin roasted ½ tsp
Method
  • •Marinate boneless chicken cubes with Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Soya sauce 1 tbsp, Crushed red pepper 1 tsp, Black pepper powder ½ tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Baking powder ½ tsp, Lemon juice 1 tbsp, Egg 1, Corn flour 3 tbsp heaped, Yogurt 2 tbsp for 30 minutes, lift pieces of chicken and roll in sesame seeds, freeze for 30 minutes then deep fry till light golden.
  • For minty Dip:
  • •Mix all together and serve with sesame chicken kabab.
