  1. • Chicken 1 kg whole
  2. • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  3. • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  4. • Chili powder 2 tsp
  5. • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  6. • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  7. • All spice 1 tsp
  8. • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  9. • Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  10. • Yogurt 1 cup
  11. • Onion chopped 3 tbsp
  12. • Almonds 2 tbsp
  13. • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  14. • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  15. • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  16. • Saffron ¼ tsp
  17. • Kewra 1 tbsp
  18. • Oil ¼ cup
Method
  • • Grind together almonds, poppy seeds, coconut and sesame seeds.Marinate chicken for two hours with the following ingredients ,salt 1 ½ tsp, Turmeric ¼ tsp, Chili powder 2 tsp, Coriander powder 1 tsp, Lemon juice 4 tbsp, All spice 1 tsp, Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp and Yogurt 1 cup.
  • • Heat oil in a pan .Fry chopped onion till light golden. Add marinated chicken and fry on both sides.Add in the marinade, cover and cook on a low flame till the chicken is tender and oil floats on top. Garnish with French fries and boiled eggs.

Roast is the favorite dish for all but it is typical to serve the peoples, specially i confuse how to serve it either ketchup or any other item.
