Ingredients
  1. 1 raan of Mutton about two to three kg
  2. 1 cup Oil
  3. 2 tablespoon Lemon juIce
  4. Yoghurt 2 cups large beaten up
  5. Garlic Ginger paste two tablespoons
  6. Red chilie powder and Salt to taste.
  7. Black pepper two Teaspoons
  8. Olives green
Method
  • Wash the raan and fry it on medium flame in a fry pan till light golden brown.
  • Mix yoghurt, black pepper,salt,red chillie powder,lemon juice, ginger garlic paste,and after making small cuts all over cover it with the paste.
  • Let it remain in fridge overnight.
  • Next day, take a large cooking pan,
  • Add six cups of water to it and let the raan cook in it for about two hours.
  • When it's done, remove from flame after dring the soup as this ads to the flavour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry for some time till golden brown both sides.
  • Serve with olives and pita bread.
