Queens Of Pudding recipe by Shireen Anwar. This delightful Main Course recipe of Queens Of Pudding can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.

INGREDIENTS

Coarse Bread crumbs 2 cups
Caster sugar ½ cup
Milk 2 ½ cup
Eggs 3 separated
Strawberries jam 3 tbsp
 Butter 2 ounce

METHOD

In Pyrex dish spread bread crumbs, heat milk with butter and sugar, separate eggs, add the yolks to the milk mixture, mix well and stir this into bread crumbs mixture, leave to soak for 30 minutes then bake on 150 degree C for 35 minutes until set. Remove spread with jam, beat egg whites stiff with 2 tbsp caster sugar, spoon the meringue over the baked custard, sprinkle about 1 tsp sugar over meringue then bake for another 10 minutes until meringue light golden. Serve hot or cold.

Although I made Pudding according to the recipe by Sheeren Anwar, she is the expert of Sweet Dish. I don’t know what mistake I did when I made Queens Of Pudding last week, it became so hard like the dough of cake. I am noting again and try it soon.
