Ingredients
  1. Minced Chicken breasts 200 grams
  2. Chopped Ginger: 1 inch piece
  3. Chopped Onion 1 medium
  4. Eggs 2
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chili powder 3/4 Teaspoon
  7. Green chillies, chopped 2
  8. Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tablespoons
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
  10. Gram flour 2 tablespoons
  11. Flour 2 tablespoons
  12. Lemon juIce 2 tablespoons
  13. Oil to deep fry
Method
  • Qeemay Ka Pakora is very easy to make, its very healthy in Ramadan, you can use it in Iftar, Kids usually love this, you can take chicken or mutton whatever you like.
  • • Take chicken and mince it in the food processor.
  • • Add ginger, onion, eggs, salt, red chili powder, green chilies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, gram flour, flour and lemon juice and mix well.
  • • Heat sufficient oil in a wok. Drop small portions of the batter into the oil with your fingers and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp.
  • • Drain and place them on an absorbent paper. Serve hot
