پوٹیٹو سلاد (INGREDIENTS)
  1. بے بی پوٹیٹو ۔۔ آدھا کلو
  2. مایو نیز ۔۔ ایک کپ
  3. پیاز ۔۔ ایک عدد
  4. ہری ۔۔ پیاز
  5. مسٹرڈ پیسٹ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  6. کالی مرچ ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  7. نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
METHOD
  • پوٹیٹو سلاد بنانے کے لئے سب سے پہلے آلو بوائل کرکے سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔ اب دوسرے باؤل میں پیاز، ہری پیاز، مسٹرڈ پیسٹ، مایو نیز، نمک اور کالی مرچ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں اب اس میں بوائل آلو شامل کر کے ٹھنڈا کرکے سرو کریں۔
