In a bowl mix together 200 gm flour, salt to taste, 1 egg, 1 ½ tbsp yeast and ½ cup milk. Knead to dough, cover with a plastic and keep aside.
In a pan heat 2 – 3 tbsp oil, add in 1tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp rosemary. Fry fro few minutes.
Now add 4 – 5 tbsp tomato paste, salt to taste, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper and 250 gm chicken mince. Fry well till water dries.
Remove from fire and keep aside.
Roll the dough into large round, brush edges with beaten egg, spread all the chicken filling in centre.
Top with grated mozzarella cheese, fold like a Swiss roll to make layers. Cut the roll in 2 inch thick slices.
Put slices in an oven proof dish greased with a little butter.
Lastly brush each slice with butter and beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven on 190 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve hot.
