Soak ½ cup rice
for 1 hour, boil 2 liter milk and add the rice to it, reduce flame and let it
simmer for 30 minutes till rice are tender and creamy, add 1 tin condensed milk,
cook for another 5 minutes, remove, add 1 tsp cardamom powder, mix 1 can pineapple
tidbits just before serving. Serve chilled.
