Ingredients
  1. Beef undercut½ kg
    Bean375 gm
    Onion1
    Capsicum1
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Coriander leaves¼ bunch
    Crushed red pepper1 tsp
    Turmeric½ tsp
    All spice powder½ tsp
    Yogurt125 gm
    Saltto taste
    Oil4 tbsp
Method
  • •    Cut ½ kg beef undercut into small cubes. Finely chop 375 gm green beans and keep aside. •    Heat oil in a wok, add in sliced chicken and sauté till golden brown. •    Now add in beef with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Fry well till its color turn to golden brown. •    Then add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, salt to taste, 125 gm yogurt, ½ cup water and chopped beans. •    Mix well, simmer on low flame for 10 – 15 minutes. Lastly add 1 small capsicum cut into cubes. Also add in ¼ bunch of coriander leaves and mix well.  •    Fry for a few minutes more, dish it out, serve hot.
