Ingredients
  1. • Corn Flour
  2. • Sugar
  3. • Cream
  4. • Milk
  5. • Pistachio Sliced
  6. • kewra
  7. • Gelatin
Method
  • * In a pan, heat milk.
  • * When it reaches its boiling point, add sugar.
  • * Also add dissolved corn flour in it.
  • * When it thickens, take the pan off the stove and let it cool.
  • * Mix in cream, pistachio essence, kewra and sliced pistachio in milk.
  • * Freeze it and serve frozen.

Peshawari ice cream is a very old ice cearm with still have the same taste and tasty .. and still like to eat this ice cream.. but i dont like peshawari ice cream from all shops i like it only from some shops like one a very old shop in sadder its peshawari icecream was really awesome mouth watering
