Ingredients
  1. Whole Chicken (with skin) 1 ½ kg
    Oyster sauce 4 tbsp
    Dark soya sauce                6 tbsp
    Badyan flower 4
    Paprika  1 tsp
    All spice powder ½ tsp
    Garlic 6-8 cloves
    Chicken stock 4-5 cups
    Oil to fry
Method
  • Take 4-5 cups of chicken stock in the pan, add in 4 tbsp oyster sauce, 6 tbsp dark soya sauce, ½ tsp all spice powder, 6-8 garlic cloves, 1 tsp paprika and 1 ½ kg chicken. Cover the pan and cook it till the chicken is cooked. Meanwhile, keep on turning the chicken. Take out the chicken and drain the water and dry the chicken. Cook the remaining sauce it is thick. Peking sauce is ready. take a pan, add some and chicken in it. Fry the chicken till it is fried from all the sides. take the chicken out in the dish. Add peking sauce over it and serve.
