  2. آڑو ۔۔ دو عدد
  3. کسٹرڈ ۔۔ ایک کپ
  4. شہد ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  5. نٹ ۔۔ گارنش کے لئے
  6. پودینہ ۔۔ گارنش کے لئے
METHOD
  • بیلینڈر میں آڑو کے کیبوز، کسٹرڈ، شہد اور کریم ڈال کر بیلینڈ کریں۔ پھر گلاس میں آڑو کے کیوبز ڈال کر جوس بھر دیں۔ آخر میں آڑو کریم، نٹ اور پودینے سے گارنش کر کے پیش کریں۔ کسٹرڈ بلینڈر میں ڈالنے سے پہلے ٹھنڈا کرلیں۔
