Ingredients
  1. Beef undercut300 gm
    Mushroom½ cup
    Capsicum1
    Saltto taste
    Black pepper powder½ tsp
    Mustard paste1 tbsp
    Onion1
    Cheddar cheese8 slices
    Vinegar2 tbsp
    Worchester sauce2 tbsp
    Garlic paste1 tbsp
    Hotdog bun4
    Tomato paste2 tbsp
    Tomato ketchup2 tbsp
    Mayonnaise½ cup
    Iceberg lettucehalf
    Oil3 tbsp
Method
  • Cut 300 gm beef undercut into slices, heat oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and sliced beef. Fry well till golden brown.
    Now add ½ cup sliced mushroom, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp mustard paste, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp Worchester sauce. Fry well on high flame.
    Cut 4 hotdog buns horizontally from the center into halves. Spread each slice with a little mayonnaise and toast on a hot griddle.
    Now put a little sliced ice berg on each slice of a hotdog bun. Top with cooked beef, now put sliced onion and sliced capsicum on top.
    Crush cheddar cheese slices and spread on top. Cover each slice of the bun with other half.
    Now bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 3 – 4 minutes.
    Now serve with chili garlic sauce or ketchup.
