Ingredients
  1. Jumbo prawns300 gm
    Flour150 gm
    Onion1
    Capsicum1
    Egg2
    Garlic paste1tbsp
    Baking powder½ tsp
    Black pepper powder¼ tsp
    White pepper powder¼ tsp
    Corn flour2 tbsp
    Oilfor fry
    Saltto taste
Method
  • Wash and clean 300 gm prawns, keep aside.
    In a bowl mix together 150 gm flour, 1 egg, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp corn flour, ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ¼ tsp white pepper powder and salt to taste.
    Mix well and knead to dough.
    Cut 1 capsicum and 1 onion lengthwise, roll the prepared dough and cut into 3 inches squares.
    Now put one prawn on each square, top with a little onion and capsicum.
    Brush the edges with beaten egg, top with another square.
    Press well to seal the edges. Now deep fry until golden brown and crisp.
    Remove from oil, serve with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
