پنیرچاول (INGREDIENTS)

چاول ایک کلو
چیز پانچ تکیا
پیاز ایک بری
متر ایک کلو
ہرا دھنیا دو گھاتھی
پودئنا ایک گھاتھی
تیل دو برے چمچ
زیرہ تھورا سا
نمک ھسب زائقہ

METHOD

سب سے پھلےچاول ساف کر لئن ۔متر کے دانے نکا ل لہن۔ پہاز لمبا لمبا کات لہن۔ دھنہا اور پودہنا موتا موتا کات لہن۔ اب چولھے پر پہاز چرھا دہن اور براون نہ کرہن جب پہاز سفہد ھو جائن تو اس مہن زہرہ شامل کر دہن اور ساتھ ھی متراور نمک بھی دال دہن اور چاول ناپ کر پانی دال کر دھک دہن ۔جب پانی ابل جاے تو اس مہن دھلے ھوے چاول دال دہن۔ جب چاول تھورے گل جائہن تو اس مہن چہز اور کتا ھوا دھنہا اور پودہنا بھی شامل کر دہن اور دم پر رکھ دہن۔جب پک کر تہار ھو جائہن تو چولہے سے اتار لہن اور سلاد،رائتہ،تماتر کی چتنی ہا کنور سوپ کے ساتھ نوش فرمائہن۔
