Ingredients
  1. Onion (sliced)    1
    Garlic paste        1 tbsp
    Yogurt 125 gm
    White cumin seeds1 tsp
    Black cumin seeds1 tsp
    Papri powder     ½ tsp
    Kabab chini powder½ tsp
    Red chili paste   1 tbsp
    Sesame seeds   1 tbsp
    Vinegar                ½ cup
    Brown onion 2
    Papaya paste3 tbsp
    Oil1 cup
    Lahori Saltto taste
Method
  • Take 1 tbsp garlic paste, 125 gm yogurt, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp black cumin seeds, ½ tsp papri powder, ½ tsp kabab chini powder, 1 tbsp red chili paste, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1.2 cup vinegar, 2 brown onion powder, 3 tbsp papaya paste and some lahori salt. Mix everything and add ½ kg mutton cubes. Leave it to marinade. Put the marinated chicken in the pan and cook it. Add in some water to tender the meat. When the meat tenders and masala is cooked, Put the chicken in the sizzling platter and serve hot
