مرغ اور نوڈل سوپ (INGREDIENTS)
  1. مرغ دو پیالی(چھو ٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے)
  2. لہسن چائے کا چمچہ(پیس لیں)
  3. ہری پیاز ایک چائے کا چمچہ(پیس لیں)
  4. ادرک چائے کا چمچہ(پیس لیں)
  5. نوڈلز پیالی(بغیر ابلے)
  6. سویا سوس چائے کا چمچہ
  7. چلی سوس چائے کا چمچہ
  8. چینی ایک چائے کا چمچہ
METHOD
  • گوشت میں 8پیالی پانی ڈال کر ابلنے رکھ دیں۔ اس میں لہسن ، پیاز اور ادرک ملا دیں۔ چھ پیالی پانی رہ جائے تو نوڈلز ڈال دیں۔ اور چینی ملا کر خوب پکائیں۔ نوڈلز گل جائیں تو اتار لیں اور چلی سوس اور سویا سوس ملا دیں۔ حسب خواہش نمک چھڑک کر پیش کر یں۔
