Ingredients
  1. Boiled mutton ½ kg
    Salt 1 tsp heaped
    Curry leaves 15
    Green chilies 4 grinded
    Whole button red chilies 6 grinded
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped
    Onion 2 medium finely chopped
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Coconut milk powder 3 tbsp
    Water ½ cup
    Ghee ¼ cup
    Pigeon lentil 1 cup boiled with 1 tomato
    Turmeric ½ tsp heaped
    Coriander seeds 1 tbsp grinded
    Cumin seeds 1 tsp grinded
    Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp grinded
    Mustard seeds ½ tsp grinded
Method
  • Boil pigeon lentil with 1 tomato and 3 cups water till soft whisk till smooth, heat ghee add curry leaves then add grounded spices, add boiled meat with daal, coconut milk, cook for 15 to 20 minutes, remove add lemon juice, serve garnished with coriander leaves. Serve with boiled rice.
