Ingredients
  1. Mince ½ kg
  2. Mahine made
  3. Onion 2 medium
  4. Onion paste tsp
  5. Ginger pste 1 tsp
  6. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric 1/s tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp
  11. Oil ½ tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. For Granishing:-
  14. Egg 1 boiled
  15. Browned onion ¼ tsp
  16. Coriander ½ bunch
  17. Finger chips ½ cup
Method
  • In a saucepan heat oil, ad onion and mince meat and fry. Add all the spice now add 1 cup water and cook till tenderize. When meat tenderizes and oil comes on the surface. Ad garam masla powder and cook for a while. Garnish with boiled egg. Browned onion, coriander and finger chips before serving.
