Moong Daal Wara recipe by Rida Aftab. This delightful Ramadan Recipes recipe of Moong Daal Wara can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Green gram 250 gm
Onion 250 gm
Green chilies 6
Salt 6
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Coriander seeds 2 tsp
Oil to fry

METHOD

Soak 250 gm of green gram for 2 hours. Then drain the water and blend the lentil with 1 cup water. Add in 250 gm sliced onion. Then add in 6 green chilies, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp crushed black pepper. Mix everything together. Heat some oil and put the batter with the help of hand in the pan. Fry it and serve.
