لال مرچ پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔ چائےکا چمچ
دھنیا پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔2/1 چائےکا چمچ
زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔2/1 چائےکا چمچ
میتھی دانہ۔۔۔۔۔۔2/1 چائےکا چمچ
ہلدی پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔4/1 چائےکا چمچ
تیل۔۔۔۔۔4-3 کھانےکے چمچ
بیسن۔۔۔۔5-4 کھانےکے چمچ
نمک۔۔۔۔۔ حسب زوق

METHOD

ایک پیالی میں بیسن، نمک، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، ہلدی پاؤڈر، دھنیا پاؤڈر، زیرہ پاؤڈر اور تیل ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔ ایک پین میں تیل گرم کرکے میتھی دانہ کڑکڑائیں۔ پھر اس میں مولی کو ساتے کریں۔ ساتھ ہی مولی کے کٹے ہوئے پتے شامل کرلیں۔ تھوڑا پکنے پر مولی پر مصالحہ چھڑک کر دم پر رکھیں۔ آخر میں اچھی طرح مکس کرکے سرونگ ڈش میں نکال کر سرو کریں۔
