Ingredients
  1. Mutton                ½ kg
    Green chilies½ kg
    Oil1 cup
    Lemons                2
    Onion3
    Curry leavesfew
    Turmeric1 tsp
    Roasted and crushed cumin1 tsp
    Nigella seeds     1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Crushed black pepper1 tbsp
    Saltto taste
Method
    1. Take oil in the pan and a3 chopped onion and fry them till they are golden brown. Add in 1 tsp turmeric, salt and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and meat. When the water dries add in green chilies and 1 cup hot water. When the meat tenders add in black pepper, fries green chilies and white cumin. Serve hot.

Mirchi gosht becomes more tasty if you use some sour ingredients in it but in this recipe by Zubeda Tariq I never see any ingredients which make it more delicious, it is just like simple mirchi gravy gosht.

Mirchi gosht is the very spicy dish but i use a large size chillies for making it because it is not much spicy in the taste.
